Welcome to TriWorldHub. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and TriWorldHub. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
1. About TriWorldHub
TriWorldHub is a platform where athletes and coaches can:
– Access triathlon training plans built by our AI-powered adaptive training plans solution.
– Connect with coaches and other athletes.
– Buy and sell training plans and gear.
– Some features are free, while others require payment.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
You must be at least 18 years old to use TriWorldHub. By creating an account, you represent that:
– All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
– You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
– You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Critical Medical & AI Disclaimer
WARNING: Triathlon training is physically demanding and carries inherent risks, including injury.
Consult a Physician
Before starting any training plan provided by TriWorldHub, you must consult with a healthcare professional to ensure you are physically fit for the activity.
The Smart Coach Logic
Our data-driven training tool provides recommendations based solely on the data you provide. It cannot see your physical form or feel your pain. If the data you input is inaccurate (the “Garbage In, Garbage Out” principle), the resulting plan may be inappropriate or unsafe.
No Medical Advice
TriWorldHub is a training tool, not a medical provider. Our suggestions do not replace the judgment of a certified coach or a doctor. Always listen to your body.
4. Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
4.1 Subscriptions (Pro Account)
Recurring Billing: By signing up for a Pro account, you authorize TriWorldHub to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.
No Pro-rated Refunds: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds or credits for partially used weeks or months.
4.2 Digital Products & Marketplace Plans
Final Sale: Due to the digital nature of training plans and downloadable content sold in our Marketplace, all sales are final. Once access to a training plan is granted or the file is downloaded, it cannot be “returned,” and no refunds will be issued.
Coach Services: Refunds for personalized coaching services are subject to the individual agreement between the athlete and the coach. TriWorldHub is not responsible for issuing refunds for external coaching contracts.
4.3 No Refund Policy
Except as required by mandatory local consumer law (e.g., statutory “cooling-off” periods in certain jurisdictions), all payments made to TriWorldHub are non-refundable.
Technical issues or “lack of use” do not qualify for a refund. If you encounter a technical bug that prevents access, please contact our support team, and we will work to restore access as quickly as possible.
5. Marketplace (Plans & Gear)
TriWorldHub allows users to buy and sell training plans and gear.
TriWorldHub facilitates connections between buyers and sellers, but:
– We do not inspect, test, or verify the safety of gear sold in the marketplace. All gear is sold “as-is.”
– TriWorldHub is not a party to any transaction between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed or the truth or accuracy of descriptions.
– Any disputes regarding gear or third-party training plans must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.
6. Coaches and Services
6.1 Role of the Platform
TriWorldHub acts strictly as a marketplace/intermediary that allows independent coaches to offer their services and training plans. Coaches are not employees, partners, or agents of TriWorldHub.
6.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes from working with a coach (e.g., improved race times or podium finishes). Results depend on the athlete’s individual effort and the professional judgment of the chosen coach.
6.3 Independent Agreements
Any agreements, contracts, or financial transactions that occur directly between an athlete and a coach outside of the TriWorldHub payment system are the sole responsibility of those two parties. TriWorldHub is not liable for the fulfillment of such agreements.
6.4 Coach Removal and Refund Liability
We reserve the right to remove any coach from the platform or restrict their access if they violate our Community Guidelines, privacy terms, or applicable laws.
IMPORTANT: In the event a coach is removed from the platform for a violation:
– No Platform Refunds: TriWorldHub will not refund fees paid by the athlete directly to the coach.
– Service Interruption: We are not financially or legally liable for any interruption to your training process caused by the suspension or removal of a coach.
– Dispute Resolution: All claims for refunds for unfulfilled services from a removed coach must be settled directly between the athlete and that coach.
7. User Content
You may post content such as profiles, messages, reviews, or listings.
By posting content, you agree that:
– You own it or have the right to share it.
– It does not violate any laws or rights.
– It is not harmful, abusive, or misleading
We may remove content that violates these terms.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
– Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to harass other users.
– Attempt to bypass our security features or “hack” the platform.
– Post misleading, fraudulent, or abusive content in the Marketplace or Community.
– Use TriWorldHub to solicit users for competing services outside the platform without our consent.
9. Account Suspension
We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, TriWorldHub is not liable for:
– Injuries or health issues related to training.
– Losses from transactions between users.
– Interruptions or errors in the platform.
You use TriWorldHub at your own risk.
11. Account and Data Deletion
11.1 Right to Delete
You have the right to stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.
11.2 Deletion Process
If you wish to permanently and irrevocably delete your profile, training history, and all associated data from the TriWorldHub system, you may:

11.3 Consequences of Deletion
Please consider the following before deleting:
– Irreversibility: Once your request is processed, all personal data, training stats, progress, and plans will be purged and cannot be recovered.
– Active Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically stop billing cycles if the subscription was managed through third-party stores (like the App Store or Google Play). You must cancel active subscriptions in those stores before requesting account deletion.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the date above.
By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the updated Terms.
13. Data and Privacy
We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the data we truly need to run TriWorldHub.
– We collect basic information such as your account details, training data, and activity on the platform to provide and improve our services
– We do not sell your personal data to third parties
– We do not use your data for advertising purposes without your consent
– Your data is handled securely and only used to deliver the core functionality of the platform
