TriWorldHub’s AI-powered adaptive training plans help triathletes follow structured workout schedules without the need for expensive personal coaching.

Instead of using generic training plans, the system builds a program based on your goals, experience, and the time you realistically have available for training.

This guide explains how the AI Smart Coach works and how to start training with it.

1. Create Your Account

Start by creating a free TriWorldHub account at https://app.triworldhub.com/auth/register

Once registered, you can explore the platform, connect with other athletes, and communicate with coaches.

If you want AI-powered training, you can upgrade to a Pro account at https://app.triworldhub.com/pro-account

3. Complete Your Training Profile

Our tool uses your training profile to create a personalized plan. You will be asked for information such as:

  • Your target race (Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, Ironman)
  • Your experience level
  • How many days per week can you train
  • Your current fitness level
  • How much time do you have before your race

This information helps the system create a plan that fits your real schedule, not an ideal one.

A note on your data: TriWorldHub does not store or retain your personal data. The information you provide is used solely to generate and adjust your training plan — nothing more.

4. Receive Your Personalized Training Plan

Based on your profile, you will receive a structured triathlon training plan that includes:

  • swim workouts
  • bike workouts
  • run workouts
  • rest and recovery days

The plan is designed to gradually improve endurance, strength, and race readiness while reducing the risk of overtraining.

Each week is organized so you always know what to train and when.

5. Track Your Workouts With Garmin

TriWorldHub integrates with Garmin, allowing your training data to sync automatically.

When connected, the system can analyze your workouts using real activity data such as:

  • distance
  • duration
  • training frequency

6. Train Using RPE-Based Effort Guidance

Workouts in the plan use RPE (Rate of Perceived Effort) to guide intensity.

RPE measures how hard a workout feels on a scale from 1 to 10. This method is widely used in endurance training because it adapts to real conditions such as fatigue, weather, or terrain.

Instead of relying only on pace or heart rate zones, RPE helps athletes adjust intensity based on how their body actually feels during training.

7. Adapt Training to Real Life

Training plans often fail because they assume athletes have unlimited time. In reality, work, travel, and personal commitments can interrupt training schedules.

TriWorldHub allows you to adjust your training when needed. The system helps keep your training balanced even when your weekly availability changes.

This makes the training plan more realistic and sustainable over time.
