Your coach profile is your storefront on TriWorldHub. It’s the first thing athletes see when they’re deciding who to reach out to.

A complete, well-written profile is the difference between being overlooked and being approached by the right athletes. Take the time to do it properly.

Here’s how to get started.

1. Create your account

Sign up for free and join the TriWorldHub platform as a coach https://app.triworldhub.com/auth/register

Provide your Name, email, password, phone number, and role (athlete or coach).

Register As a Coach

2. Complete your coach profile

After signing up, you’ll be prompted to complete your profile. You can return to edit it anytime from your account menu.

Work through each section:

Certifications and academic background

List your coaching certifications (e.g. British Triathlon, Triathlon Australia, USAT, ITU) and any relevant academic qualifications in sports science, exercise physiology, or related fields.

Include additional courses in strength and conditioning, nutrition, sports psychology, or injury rehabilitation if applicable. This section establishes your credibility, make sure you don’t undersell it.

Coaching approach

Describe your philosophy and how you actually coach.

Are you data-driven, working closely with power and pace metrics?

Do you take a more intuitive, feel-based approach?

How do you balance training load with recovery? How do you adapt when an athlete’s life gets in the way of the plan?

Athletes want to know not just what you’ll give them, but how you’ll think about their training.

Communication method and availability

Be clear about how you communicate with athletes — messaging through the platform, video calls, voice notes, or a combination.

State how often athletes can expect to hear from you and how quickly you typically respond.

Race planning and strategy

Outline your approach to race preparation. Do you help athletes build race-specific plans in the final weeks?

Do you work through pacing strategies, nutrition plans, and transition preparation?

Pricing and packages

Be transparent about your rates and what each package includes. Whether you offer weekly plans, monthly retainers, one-off race consultations, or tiered packages at different price points, lay it out clearly.

TriWorldHub does not charge coaches.

Testimonials and references

Include feedback from athletes you’ve worked with. Direct quotes, specific outcomes, and honest accounts of the coaching experience carry far more weight than self-description.

If you’re newer to coaching and don’t have testimonials yet, mention the athletes you’ve worked with and the outcomes achieved — even early results matter

Coach Profile

Tips:

  • Review your completed profile from an athlete’s perspective. Does it clearly answer: who you coach, what you offer, and why you’re the right fit?
  • Don’t be vague about your coaching approach. “I tailor plans to each athlete” is true of every coach, but it tells the athlete nothing. Describe what makes your approach distinctive and how you actually make decisions about training.
  • Keep your availability and pricing up to date. If you’re full, say so. It manages expectations and actually signals that you’re in demand.
  • Your testimonials are often the most persuasive part of your profile. If you don’t have any yet, ask previous athletes for a few sentences about their experience. Most are happy to help if you ask directly.
  • Revisit your profile every few months. As you accumulate more experience, results, and testimonials, your profile should reflect that growth.
